12WBT- Week 1 day 1

Started the morning with the running group at Point Cartwright today. They were running hill sprints but my sore hamstring meant that I was doing circles around the lighthouse for 50 minutes! Lost count of how many laps I did!

The new food plan is going well. Have eaten well today, salad, vegetables, fruit…the biggest challenge I had was after dinner. We eat very early because of the kids, like 5:30pm, so by 7pm I am looking for a snack. Just didn’t have enthusiasm for anything healthy so opted for nothing! Will need to come up with some good healthy snacks or I can see this could be a ‘red flag’ area.
